As approved contractors for Parkdean Resorts, we were invited to provide a quote to replace the existing timber veranda on this charming lodge at Fallbarrow Holiday Park.
The customer expressed the desire to upgrade and extend their current timber veranda, and we accordingly provided a quote for our Premium Spindle style with composite deckboards.
We promptly carried out the work within a few weeks of the quote being accepted, and our dedicated team completed all tasks in just two days, including the removal and disposal of the customer's existing veranda.
Our Premium Spindle style features machined Redwood handrails and A-Grade Stop Chamfered Spindles. For this project, the customer chose to upgrade to Trex Deckboards in Toasted Sand (Brown), which come with a 25-year guarantee. The veranda and lodge were skirted using Lakes Deckings, featuring a Gas Safe vented skirting system with access doors as required.
